Free ladies and girls self-defence class

This Saturday 25th October the Community Safety Partnership and the South East Bucks Community Board are offering a free 2hr self-defence class that aims improve confidence and give females the skills and ability to keep themselves safe, reduce the fear of crime and to raise awareness of the resources and support available to them.
