The suspicious incident we have been attending in Colnbrook, Slough, this evening (20/10) has now concluded.
The package has been assessed by the Ministry of Defence Explosive Ordnance Disposal team and deemed not to present any danger.
We always treat incidents such as this with the utmost priority to keep people safe, and we appreciate the patience and understanding of the local community while this was being evaluated.
The cordon and evacuation area was in place as a precaution, and we are committed at ensuring public safety. |
