Appeal for witnesses following outraging public decency incident – Bicester

We are appealing for witnesses to two incidents in which we believe the offender to be the same person in Bicester. 

At around 9.50pm on Thursday (9/10), the victim, a woman in her twenties, was walking towards Buckingham Road, near KFC, when she saw a man exposing himself on the opposite side of the road, near to Buckingham Crescent.

At around 10pm on the same night, a different victim, a woman in her late teens, was at an address on Merton Walk, when she saw a man in the garden looking through the window. He approached the door before leaving, and came back ten minutes later to look again before walking away.

The offender is described as a white man of a slim build in his early twenties, around 5ft 7ins tall, wearing a black hoodie with the hood up and dark grey tracksuit bottoms. He was also carrying a can of drink.
