Image released in connection with hate-related public order incident – Windsor

Hello Resident,

We are releasing an image of a man who may have vital information about hate-related public order incident in Windsor.

At around 3.30pm on 14 August, an offender shouted homophobic abuse at a woman in her twenties and her partner in Peascod Place after the offender punched and kicked a black Labrador that they were walking.
