Witness appeal following attempted robbery – Bracknell

We’re appealing for witnesses following an attempted robbery which occurred in Bracknell.

The incident occurred at approximately 7.30am on Saturday (6/9) on Friendship Way, where the offender grabbed the victim, a woman in her twenties, around her neck and threatened her with a knife before forcing her into a wooded area. 

She was punched multiple times, suffering significant facial injuries. The offender fled the scene after searching the victim’s backpack. 

The victim was taken to hospital to be treated for her injuries and has since been discharged.

The offender is described as a white man, of slim build and tall. He was wearing a dark hoodie at the time of the incident.
