CCTV image released in connection with a cyber-flashing incident – Oxford

Dear resident,

We are releasing a CCTV image of a man who officers want to speak to in connection with a cyber-flashing incident in Oxford.

At around 2pm on Wednesday 2 July this year, a woman in her 20s was on the S1 bus from George Street in Oxford City Centre to Market Square in Witney when she saw a man revealing explicit and indecent images to her on his phone. The man then got off the bus at Market Square.
