Image released following assault occasioning actual bodily harm – Newbury

We are releasing an image of a woman officers wish to speak to in connection with an assault occasioning actual bodily harm in Newbury.

At around 6.15pm on 16 August, the victim, a woman in her fifties, was attacked from behind whilst trying to protect her daughter at Newbury racecourse. 

The victim attended hospital and received treatment for deep lacerations to her face and has since been discharged.
