Incident Summary:
Thames Valley Police is appealing for information following an incident of exposure in Oxford.

At around 2.50pm on Tuesday 29 July, a woman was driving along Woodstock Road towards Oxford city centre when a young passenger in her vehicle raised the alarm. The driver looked over and saw a man straddling a distinctive three-wheeled pushbike with his shorts pulled down, exposing himself and holding his penis in his hand. The victim believes this was a deliberate and intentional act.

Suspect Description:

  • White male
  • Approximately 6ft tall
  • Around 65 years old
  • Short grey hair
  • Wearing blue shorts, a light grey top, and black shoes
  • Riding a green three-wheeled bicycle
