Vehicle Related Anti-Social Behaviour Public Space Protection Order

We are contacting you today to let you know that the Community Safety Team at MK Council are consulting on a three-year extension and variation for the Vehicle Related Anti-Social Behaviour Public Space Protection Order (commonly referred to as the car cruising PSPO) that is currently in place across the whole borough of Milton Keynes.  Consulting with Councillors, Parish Councils, partner organisations, and the public are all part of the consultation process. The current PSPO is due to expire in January 2026.

We have refreshed some of the content within the document and added two additional activities that would also be considered a breach of the PSPO. A copy of the proposed new PSPO document is enclosed with this email.

As part of the process, we are starting a Public and Partnership Consultation on the Order today (11 August 2025). The consultation will run for 12 weeks. You are also invited to respond to this as from Monday 11th August and the link to the consultation is:  https://forms.office.com/e/DJhWL6KYhv?origin=lprLink

We have included the link to the current PSPO document KMBT_C454-20200701122735 which can be found on the MKCC website too. More information about the PSPO can be found here: Car cruising PSPO | Milton Keynes City Council
