Location: Jubilee Lane, Milton-under-Wychwood Date: Monday 11th August 2025 Time: Approx. between 10:00pm and 10:30pm Vehicle Stolen: Adria Matrix Motorhome We are appealing for information following the theft of an Adria Matrix Motorhome from a property on Jubilee Lane in Milton-under-Wychwood. The theft occurred between 10:00pm and 10:30pm on Monday, August 11th. We are urging all residents in and around the area to: Check your CCTV, Ring doorbells or dashcam footage from around the time of the theft (10:00–10:30pm).Be alert to motorhomes parked in unusual places, such as side roads, rural laybys, or residential streets where they don’t normally appear.Report any stationary motorhomes that haven't moved for a few days – thieves often “cool off” stolen vehicles to check for trackers before moving them again.If you see anything suspicious or believe you've seen the stolen motorhome, please contact police immediately on 101, quoting the theft details. 43250409453. In light of this recent theft, we strongly encourage all motorhome owners to take the following precautions: Fitting Security DevicesTracker: Fit a quality, subscription-based GPS tracker that alerts you if the vehicle is moved.Immobiliser: Install an engine immobiliser to prevent hot-wiring.Wheel Clamp: Use heavy-duty wheel clamps or locking wheel nuts.Steering Lock: A visible steering wheel lock can deter opportunistic thieves. Ensure your CCTV system covers all areas where your motorhome is parked – particularly driveways or side roads.Use motion sensor lighting to deter theft at night.Consider adding a Ring Floodlight Cam or similar system that alerts your phone in real time.Park in well-lit, secure areas whenever possible.
