Edinburgh Playing Fields

Dear resident,

This message has been sent on behalf of the community safety team at Buckinghamshire council.

Buckinghamshire Council in consultation with Thames Valley Police have agreed to open the Edinburgh Playing Fields car park gates for a trial period over the Summer. Should any Anti Social Behaviour (ASB) or Criminal activity/damage occur during this period then these gates may be locked with the consideration given to installing more secure gates. 

There has been recently over £3000 worth of damage caused to the gates, and this is having to be paid out of Residents Council Tax which could be spent on supporting the community and maintaining local amenities for the enjoyment of local residents.
