We have had a received recent information of a male reporting to be from Thames Water trying to gain entry to homes in the Henley area, Valley Road.  The male did not have correct identification and was refused entry, the male is believed to have been a bogus caller with intentions of committing crime, Thames Water rarely send out operatives to read water meters or test water and on the date reported they did not have anyone working in Henley. 

The male is described - WHITE MALE, TANNED MALE, 50'S, MEDIUM BUILD, DARK HAIR GOING GREY, WITH A BEARD. WEARING- RED SHIRT ON POLO SHIRT, BLACK TROUSERS AND A BASEBALL CAP. HE HAD AN ORANGE TABBARD ON NO LOGOS.

If there is anyone in Valley Road, Elizabeth Road, Nicholas Road with CCTV, RING DOORBELL OR DASHCAM could you please check your cameras between 5pm and 6 pm on THURSDAY 17TH JULY 2025 for the male described above
