Appeal for witnesses following voyeurism incident – Banbury

We are releasing an image of a man who may have vital information in connection to a voyeurism incident in Banbury.

Between the hours of 5pm and 5:45pm on Monday 2 June in the men’s toilets at Castle Quay shopping centre, an offender used an electronic device to record the victim, a man in his mid-thirties, under the cubicle door.
