CCTV images released in theft investigation – Oxford

We are releasing CCTV images of a person who officers would like to speak to in connection to a theft investigation in Oxford.

At around 12:26pm on Friday 11 July, two suit bags containing clothing were left outside an address on Summerhill Road. A man walking past picked up the bags and walked off.
