We are releasing CCTV images of two men who officers would like to speak to in relation to a fraud offence in Pangbourne.
 

Shortly before 3pm on Tuesday 29 April two men were seen tampering with a cash machine outside of the Co-op store on The Square.
 

A short time later a man in his 60s attempted to use the cash point. It didn't return his card and after attempting to call his bank he left the area.
 

Two men were then seen returning to the cash point and stealing the card before using it to withdraw £400.
