Update on festivals at The National Bowl this weekend

BludFest music festival is going to be held at The National Bowl this Saturday (21 June), while Forever Now festival will be on Sunday 22 June.

We are expecting about 16,000 people to attend each event, so the roads and rails might be busier than usual. As such, we would advise both festival goers and local residents to plan any journeys in advance.

There will be an increased police presence in the area throughout the weekend as you would see during any significant event; with some security measures that you will see, and some that you won’t see.

Keep an eye on our Facebook and X pages before, during and after the festivals as we will be publishing advice alongside the festival organisers to help keep everyone safe and having a good time.

As local residents and businesses, you are our extra eyes and ears - if you see something that doesn’t look right, let us know.

If you see anything suspicious then please let one of our officers know or in an emergency please call 999.

In a non-emergency call 101 or visit our website.
