Police are appealing for information following a suspicious incident outside a residential property in Walterbush/Cornish Road area. A suspect wearing a balaclava was captured on a Ring doorbell camera at 2:55am on Tuesday the 3rd of June, potentially looking to break into the property, presumably to steal vehicle keys. Upon realising they were being recorded, the suspect fled the scene on foot. Further information suggests that the same male was on the Lords Piece Road area at approximately 2:30am. This may be linked to an Audi TT that was in the area at the same time. We urge anyone who may have witnessed this individual in the area or has relevant CCTV footage to come forward.
