Incident Date: 1 June 2025 Thames Valley Police are appealing for information following a disturbing incident of indecent exposure which occurred on Saturday, 1 June 2025, at approximately 1:45pm. A local resident, who had been running and was walking along the Chiltern Way Extension through Wroxhills Wood near the junction with Beech Lane, encountered The suspect, Who emerged from a side path to the right and began walking directly towards the victim. As the man approached, he lifted the front wheel of his bicycle, stared directly at the victim, and at that moment dropped his trousers to the ground. He was not wearing underwear and was visibly aroused. The suspect made no attempt to cover himself, nor did he offer any explanation or show signs of embarrassment. His behaviour left the victim shocked and distressed. The suspect is described as: Police are particularly keen to speak with another male runner who passed the suspect at the gate at the end of the track shortly before the incident occurred. This individual may have vital information that could assist in identifying the suspect and furthering the investigation. "This was a deeply upsetting experience for the victim, and we are taking this incident extremely seriously. We urge anyone who may have seen anything suspicious in the area around the time, particularly the runner who passed the suspect just before the incident, to come forward as soon as possible."
