Hello Resident,

We are appealing for witnesses following an attempted murder in Maidenhead today.

A man in his 30s was assaulted on Holmanleze at around 1.40pm. He is currently in hospital in a stable condition having suffered serious injuries.

We understand this will be concerning for people but we believe those involved were known to each other and there is no known threat to the wider public. 

We have made an arrest and we are not looking for anyone else in relation to the stabbing.
