The Thatcham Neighbourhood Police team are appealing for any information to who my be riding these e-bikes as they are causing a great deal of distress to the whole community, not only could they endanger road users and pedestrians but they could endanger themselves with there erratic illegal use of these bikes, please report online or by calling 101 if you have any information.
