Dear Resident

We're appealing for information following an exposure incident in Woodley. 

At approximately 3.18pm on Tuesday (26/11) in Ashenbury Park, the victim, a girl in her early teens, was walking alone through the park where the offender was seen exposing himself. 

The offender is described as a white man, of a large build, aged in his thirties and between 5ft 5ins and 5ft 6ins tall. He is described as having a ‘bowl’ style hair-cut and fringe with shorter hair on the sides, and a stubbly moustache. He was seen to be wearing a black long-sleeved tracksuit top and black tracksuit bottoms, with three black stripes down the side of the leg.
