We are appealing for witnesses to an incident in the Shiplake / Binfield Heath area.

We are investigating a report that a male indecently exposed himself to a member of the public between midday and 1230pm on Thursday 21st March. The male then got into a black coloured vehicle and drove off towards Shiplake on the A4155. The car pulled out into the road directly in front of a learner driver.

If you are the driver or a passenger of the learner vehicle and either witnessed this or have dashcam footage we are keen to hear from you. Likewise, we welcome contact from anyone who witnessed any part of this incident or noticed anyone acting suspiciously in the timeframe leading up to the incident.
