Community Speedwatch Taster Sessions

Speeding continues to be a community priority which was voted as one of the top 3 concerns by local members of the community at the last Community Forum.

Following the Missenden CSW speeding event, last November, where the benefits of Community Speedwatch were discussed, we hope to build on the interest generated by running two taster sessions.  These will be sited at Martinsend Lane, Great Missenden junction with Upper Hollis, with the established Prestwood and Great Missenden CSW group.

Come and experience what it is like being involved in such a group and speak to members and your local officers.

The first session will be between 11 a.m. to 12 p.m. on Wednesday 13th March 2024 with Rob and Dorian.

The second session will be between 12p.m. to 1 p.m. on Wednesday 13th March 2024 with Sue and John.

These events are subject to weather conditions.

PCSO Chris Hinkley-Ging and PC Andy Mayhew will be supporting the events.

If you would like more information please e-mail Chris on chris.hinkley-ging@thamesvalley.police.uk

If you are concerned about the speeds in your area and would be interested in helping to take action, you can become a member of your local Speedwatch group or even start your own.  Find out more at https://www.communityspeedwatch.org
