We are appealing for witnesses to a fight that took place on Castle Quay Waterfront next to the North 1 Car Park on Sunday 4th February. 

A disorder took place with several youths fighting with each other. We have viewed CCTV and there are a number of families who take evasive action to avoid the incident. 

Two 15 year old males from Banbury have been arrested and released on Police Bail.
